At the heart of the creation of this coaching workshop is Monroe's devotion to performing western European chamber music and expressing her African musical roots, including jazz.

Monroe’s 30+ yrs of conservatory-level chamber ensemble coaching and adjudicating experience focuses now on her ability to connect ways of music-making from these multiple musical perspectives.
